Meet the Founder: Emily-Louise Varnfield

A multi-brand founder, clinical expert, and business strategist, Emily-Louise Varnfield has built The Beauté Group to challenge the fragmented, short-term thinking in the beauty industry.

From managing multi-site clinics and building accredited training academies, to launching AI wellness platforms and global franchise models, Emily brings both clinical insight and commercial acumen to the group’s operations.

She continues to lead the group’s expansion strategy, corporate partnerships, and investor relations  with a vision for making the Beauté Group one of the most respected and scalable brands in the industry.
